Audacity is a free, open source, cross-platform multi-track audio editor and recorder for Windows, Mac OS X, GNU/Linux and other operating systems.     یقه هفت ها-بدون رژیم لاغر شوید!
    ممکن است در نگاه اول تی شرت های یقه هفت از یقه گردها جذاب تر به نظر نرسند اما مطمئن باشید حتما دلیلی خاص برای طراحی این نوع تی شرت وجود دارد. تی شرت های یقه هفت، معمولا مناسب کسانی هستند که بالا تنه بزرگی تری دارند. در این تی شرت ها شکل یقه باعث می شود بالا تنه شما جمع و جورتر و کوچک تر به نظر بیاید. هرچه یقه و فرم هفتی شکل آن کشیده تر و بزرگ تر باشد، صورت و استیل شما را لاغرتر نشان می دهد و تمرکز دیگران را از روی صورت شما بر می دارد؛ پس این نوع یقه برای کسانی که بالا تنه ای صاف و بدون برجستگی دارند اصلا توصیه نمی شود. همچنین در تی شرت یقه هفت چون قسمت بیشتری از گردن بیرون از لباس می ماند، پس برای افراد کوتاه قد هم مناسب است و آنها را بلندتر نشان می دهد.
